Wine

Moorilla Muse Extra Brut Méthode Traditionnelle is a sparkling blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the St. Matthias Vineyard in northern Tasmania's Tamar Valley.

In the French traditional method, the base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle to create a natural sparkling wine. It then spends four years maturing on lees. Prior to release, only a tiny amount of sugar is added back into the wine.

Bright yellow, Moorilla Muse Extra Brut Méthode Traditionnelle has crisp, crunchy fruit flavours and creamy complexity. Cellaring potential is five years.
